LOVE POINTS Program
Here’s How it Works
STEP 1: Make sure we have your information on file. Your name and a valid email address is all you need to start collecting LOVE POINTS. One account per person (per household is recommended because points are NOT transferrable).
STEP 2: Provide us with your name or email address every time you shop with us. Or if you're shopping online, sign in by clicking on "Check Rewards" on the bottom left hand corner.
STEP 3: Start Collecting!
STEP 4: REDEEM! Every time you reach a reward level, you will receive an email and you can choose to redeem or keep saving.
When can I start collecting and redeeming points?
Right now! Officially, points will begin being rewarded on purchases made after 12:00 a.m., July 16th, 2019.
I think I have more than one account with you, what do I do?
Accounts are created based on unique email addresses. If you think you have more than one account with us (with different email addresses), no problem, just confirm which email address you would like us to assign your account to the next time you visit us at the store or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to give you my email address to participate?
Yes, our rewards program requires a valid email address in order to participate. Don't worry, we don't sell or share your information and the benefits for sharing your email include special bonus LOVE POINTS offers and getting our awesome share-worthy newsletter.

Each time you make an in-store or online purchase under your account, you will receive an email with your points balance and another email when you unlock a new reward level.
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know when you're checking out.
Do I have to redeem my LOVE POINTS every time I visit the store?
Nope! You can save it for another time if you want! Depending on the reward level, you will have a different amount of time to redeem the reward (this information is included in the email with your coupon code). However, accounts that are inactive for a period of 2 years from the date of the last purchase will be closed and any LOVE POINTS balance on the account will also be cancelled.
The Not-So-Fine Print
Purchases made with store credit and gift cards are not eligible for earning LOVE POINTS.
Certain items are not eligible for earning LOVE POINTS. They include: gift cards, breastpump rental fees, service fees (e.g. car seat checks or installations), shipping, taxes and sale items (including special promotions and offers).
Redemption of LOVE POINTS cannot be applied to the following: gift cards, breast pump rental fees, car seat installation fees, and the following brands: Bambo Natur , Clek, Little Bot, Maxi-Cosi, Medela, Mountain Buggy, Nuna, Oribel, Phil & Teds, THULE, UPPAbaby, and Valco Baby. (Why, you ask? For Bambo it's because we already run an awesome frequent buyer program! As for other brands, we have retailer agreements with these brands and in order to be fair to other retailers who do not have a similar program in place, discounting is strictly forbidden.)
When redeeming LOVE POINTS, the pre-tax value of the eligible* (see previous note) purchase must equal or exceed the redemption value. Eg. If redeeming a $20 reward, the eligible purchase subtotal must be $20 or more. LOVE POINTS have no cash value.
